Additional Charges (flat rate fees)

Holidays - 20% surcharge and auto-gratuity of 20%
Additional stops - $25.00
Gate meet – Parking fees as incurred
Fuel Surcharge, tolls & airport fees may apply

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Lost / Damaged Items

We are not responsible for items that are left in our vehicles, lost, or damaged. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, including weather, accidents, traffic delays, break down, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.

Inclement weather – rates change to an hourly rate based on vehicle utilized.

Rate Changes

Reserve the right to change rates at anytime without notice.

Airport Arrival Waiting Time and other Pick-Up Waiting Time

We provide up to 30 minutes of free wait time on each airport arrival for you to deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 30 minutes of your plane landing we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation. If client calls within allotted time frame to notify your driver that the client will be delayed inside the terminal, charges beyond the 30 minutes will be billed in ¼ hour increments. For all other pick-up location (home, hotel, business, school, etc) we will provide up to 15 minutes of free wait time. Time beyond the 15 minutes will be billed in ¼ hour increments of the vehicle’s hourly rate.
